One of the key elements within Data Orchard’s Data Maturity Framework. Data refers to the collection, quality, sources, and assets available to and within the organization.
Data refers to any information or raw values that useful to your organization, that is collected, stored internally or externally (e.g.health services, government, academics) & may be analyzed.
This may include the people you serve (i.e. beneficiaries, clients, service users, customers); which services they receive/or activities they engage with; how you engage with the people you serve; the stakeholders financial information (costs, income) details of staff; volunteers, and contractors, or customer feedback/satisfaction outcomes/impact measures; and information about population needs/the environment.
